What Is TNPP
TNPP (Telocator Network Paging Protocol) is standard protocol used when connecting devices directly to a paging terminal or over a TNPP network. TNPP is typically used to route pages to specific paging terminals over a wide area network that can contain multiple paging transmitters or terminals. TNPP is also much faster than a direct TAP connection. TNPP takes about 1 second per page where as a TAP direct connection is about 5 seconds per page.
