Paging Software For USA Mobility
We are a leading provider of software products that
will allow you to send text messages to your USA Mobility paging device. These message
can be sent over the Internet using SNPP,
WCTP, or
TAP.
To send pages using SNPP you should have a permanent
connection to the Internet and you will need to make sure that port 444
is not blocked by your firewall if you are using one. Our software will also support
redundancy so if your Internet connection fails you can always send it
to the TAP dial-up connection instead. This will be done automatically
for you, however you will need to specify the secondary connection under
the subscriber settings.
To send pages using the TAP protocol (via Modem),
you will need to enter the Modem Access Number to dial. You will need to
contact USA Mobility for a number in your area.
In most instances our Air
Messenger Pro would be the preferred application for an individual
computer or our LAN Server
for a network version, however all of our products
will work with your Nextel service. All of our products have a 30
