Return Policy

Internet Software Solutions is pleased to offer its customers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee applies only to non-electronic distributed products, that is products where you do not receive a registration key automatically.

Requests for return must be made within 30-days of purchase. Product not purchased directly from Internet Software Solutions must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policy.

ONLINE PRODUCT PURCHASES

Their are no refunds for products purchased on-line that are Electronic Distributed (Product that send electronic unlock codes after purchases). Before purchasing on Electronic Distributed Products, please use your evaluation period to determine if the product fits your needs as no refunds will be made for these items.

BOXED PRODUCTS

Internet Software Solutions will only accept returns on unopened products or products that use hardware keys. To return a boxed product purchased from Internet Software Solutions, please call us toll free at 1-877-946-4477 to obtain instructions on how to return your product to us.
Please allow up to three weeks, from the date that we receive the returned product, for a refund to be credited to you. You will be refunded in the same manner in which you initially paid for your product. Credit card refunds will be credited against the card used. Purchase order refunds will be issued a credit against your account balance.

IMPORTANT:

Internet Software Solutions will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling, are not refundable.
